Extension of the HIMax product family, new version of the engineering tool and new holistic automation solutions for safety critical applications
At this year’s ACHEMA, HIMA will present a new HIMax HART interface module and a HIMax overspeed trip module for turbo machinery controls as well as the new V5 version of SILworX. In addition, holistic solutions for greater safety and productivity will be presented. The complete solutions including hardware, software and services are offered for boilers and burners, turbo machines and pipelines.
The new HART interface module X-HART 32 01 allows for direct access to field devices for calibration and parameter settings as well as the diagnose of field devices. An external multiplexers is no longer necessary, which simplifies commissioning and maintenance and generates even higher performance in the HIMax safety system.
HIMA is completing their holistic system for safe and efficient turbo operations with the new overspeed trip module X-MIO 7/6 01, which ensures overspeed protection when controlling turbines. All turbo machine functions that used to be implemented using a variety of individual solutions from multiple manufacturers can now be combined into a single HIMax system.
The new V5 version of SILworX, the engineering tool for HIMax and HIMatrix safety systems, offers numerous new features. For example it allows for automatic archiving during reload and download. It makes programming easier and reduces the risk of human errors.
The HIMA booth will also present FlexSILon solutions developed for turbo machines and compressors (FlexSILon TMC), for burner control and boiler protection (FlexSILon BCS) as well as the management of gas and liquid fuel pipelines (FlexSILon PMC). The solutions contain all the components required for controlling, regulating and monitoring. They not only include the complete hardware and software (including certified function blocks) but also all necessary services from safety consulting to engineering, procurement, system integration and on-site services.
